Applies to: HomePrivacyNetwork.com, ZeroTrustFirewall.com, and related sites, services, and devices (collectively “HPN,” “Zero Trust Firewall,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using any HPN or Zero Trust Firewall website, product, or service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our sites or devices.

2. Scope of Services

HPN provides cybersecurity hardware, software, installation, and related educational content designed to enhance home and small-business network protection.
Zero Trust Firewall is a division of HPN offering specialized firewall and security content.
Our services are intended for lawful, personal, and business use only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or install HPN equipment or services. By using our sites or devices, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account & Registration

Certain features require creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Product Installation & Use

  • HPN devices must be installed and configured in accordance with our documentation or by a certified installer.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining their own local network environment (ISP connection, routers, cabling, etc.).
  • HPN provides technical support for HPN hardware and software only.

6. Service Limitations & Availability

While we work to maintain continuous protection and uptime, no firewall or network device can guarantee absolute security. HPN is not liable for damages or losses resulting from events outside our reasonable control, including acts of nature, ISP failures, or attacks against third-party systems.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

HPN products are designed for local privacy and on-device processing. We collect only minimal information required for support, billing, and performance updates.
Use of our websites is also governed by our Privacy Policy which explains what data we collect and how we use it.

8. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

  • Hardware purchases are one-time unless otherwise specified.
  • Optional software subscriptions (such as content filtering or advanced protection tiers) renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and may be subject to restocking fees for opened equipment.

9. Intellectual Property

All HPN and Zero Trust Firewall trademarks, logos, website content, and documentation are the property of Home Privacy Network LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials without prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass device security features.
  • Use our products or services for unlawful surveillance, hacking, or data collection.
  • Post or transmit any malicious content through our websites or support channels.

11. Third-Party Links & Integrations

Our sites may link to third-party resources for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, security, or policies of those external sites or integrations.

12. Disclaimers

HPN devices provide defense-in-depth protection but cannot eliminate all risk. Use of our hardware and software is at your own risk. We provide products “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.
